Refreshing Green Juice recipe (no juicer needed)

Ingredients

- Handful of spinach

- 1/2 lemon, peeled

- 1-2 stalks of celery, chopped

- 1 knob ginger, peeled

- 1/2 cucumber, peeled

- Small handful of cilantro

- Coconut Water (to blend)


Directions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients - Wash your produce, chop celery, peel the lemon, cucumber and ginger (as needed).

  2. Combine Ingredients - In a blender, add the handful of spinach, lemon, celery, ginger, cucumber, cilantro.

  3. Add Coconut Water - Pour enough coconut water into blender to cover all the ingredients. You can add more or less depending on your desired consistency.

  4. Blend Until Smooth - Blend on high until smooth.

  5. Serve and Enjoy - Pour the green juice into a glass & enjoy the refreshing nutrients!


Tips

- Adjust the quantities of ingredients to your taste preference.

- For a touch of sweetness you can incorporate a small apple into the blend.

- Drink through a glass straw to give it a little mix while enjoying.
