Returns
At this time we only offer store credit or exchanges only, no exceptions. The items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. All shipping for returns/exchanges is at customer cost.
The items must also pass our quality control which is;
The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
The item is returned to us within 14 days from delivery
The item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)
A receipt and proof of purchase is available
We will not accept any items damaged by the customer.
Please note, underwear, bodysuits and swimwear bottoms cannot be returned to us under any conditions.
ANAVETA reserves the right to reject any returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. In this case the items will be sent back to the customer. ANAVETA does not cover any costs associated with returns, exchanges, of items sent back. The customer is responsible for all costs regarding exchanges and returns.

Please use the link here to submit your return or exchange. In the body of the message write your full name, order number, and brief message that you want to return, and your reason.
All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Returns will take approximately 5 - 7 business days to process through once they are received by our team. We will then email you a gift card with store credit.
STORE CREDITS
An ANAVETA store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to repurchase another item!
Store Credits are valid for 12 months.
FINAL SALE STYLES
Final Sale styles are last chance styles and will not be restocked. Sale items are not eligible for a return unless confirmed faulty by our team.
Any unauthorised Final Sale items which are posted back to ANAVETA will be returned to sender.
FAULTY RETURNS
In the rare case your item was delivered damaged, or you received faulty merchandise, please email us right away anavetawear@gmail.com and we will contact you to resolve this issue.
