US domestic shipping

Shipping costs are $10 for all domestic shipments.

Most of our items are made to order, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. We state expected shipping times in the description of every item in our store as they are sometimes different. We value quality, and in order to provide you with the best possible product, we ask you to be patient with us.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. These may happen time to time during peak volume periods such as holidays, staff shortages, or other unforeseen events.

Most delivery services will attempt to deliver your items multiple times, however in the case of them being unable to reach you, the customer will be responsible for all returned parcel fees.

If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, ANAVETA is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, ANAVETA will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.

We are not responsible for packages damaged in transit or missing items.
